Treasure Island Laguna Beach, California

Treasure Island is located just north of Aliso Creek Beach. It is best accessed by the ramp at the southwest corner of the Montage Resort. The beach has a good amount of sand, but can get crowded during weekends or hot summer days. This beach is mostly sandy bottom with shorebreak type surf. The beach can become steep at times, depending on the sand. Skimming is allowed at the southern end of the beach. The Montage Laguna Beach provides tide pool docents to educate the public during low tides and busy weekends and holidays.
